Reproducible on: Firefox 45.0a1 and Firefox 44.0a2 across all platforms

STR
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile. (the default dialog is not displayed for the first run http://i.imgur.com/KOJWL6Z.jpg)
2.Restart the browser.
3.Click on “Not now” button from default browser dialog. (http://i.imgur.com/5eRwGZP.jpg) 
4.Restart the browser.
5.Click again on “Not now” option from default browser dialog. (http://i.imgur.com/YQcEqa1.jpg) 
6.Verify the Browser_set_default_dialog_prompt_rawcount histogram from about:telemetry.

The number of the default dialog appearances is counted in Browser_set_default_dialog_prompt_rawcount histogram.


AR
Browser_set_default_dialog_prompt_rawcount histogram increases from 2 to 2. 


Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 45.0a1 (2015-11-15), Firefox 44.0a2 (2015-11-15) under Windows 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.11.1.
- This issue is not reproducible on Firefox 43 beta 3 because of Bug 1223833

This issue no longer occurs in our latest Builds, we can see Browser_set_default_dialog_prompt_rawcount increase with each restart.
