Build: 01-29 trunk build on all platforms

When try to print a page by go File | Print or click on "Print" icon next to URL
location bar, you will get a Print dialog.

All the strings in this dialog are in English no mather what kind of OS language
is, e.g. on a Japanese winXP, I expected I'll all the strings are showing in
Japanese in this dialog.

On N6.2.1 with all platforms, the strings in this dialog was based on the OS
language. Same result with IE also.

Seems the new printing UI checked-in caused this regression.

"Page Setup" dialog has the same problem.
Summary: Print dialog UI is not followed the OS language → The UI language for "Print" & "Page Setup" dialogs are not followed the OS language
Actually, I just found out if I set Edit | Preferences | Debug, check "Use
Native Print Dialog", then will get the UI following by OS.
See bug 122764 for a problem when this print dialog is in English.

But seems if we only have native dialog when we release, then this shouldn't be
an issue.
On 02-12 trunk build, the print dialog is in OS language UI right now, I think
it has been changed as same as in N6.2.1.

However, the "Page Setup" dialog still in English, this dialog is a new
implement compare to N6.2.1.

Change the summary to Page Setup dialog only.

Summary: The UI language for "Print" & "Page Setup" dialogs are not followed the OS language → The UI language for "Page Setup" dialog is not followed the OS language
I think this is an invalid bug, once we localize , we should got a localized
print set up dialogbox.

Maybe I'm wrong, but we should have the Print Setup dialog followed by OS
language even on US build, like other dialogs(File Open, Save Page...etc.) doing.

Re-open it for now, please change the status if explain what's the reason for
this dialog not following the OS language.

Using Mozilla 0.9.8 in Asturian. I cannot reproduce this bug. The print dialog
appears in Mozilla default language (ast in this case)and not in English or in
Spanish (my OS language). I think the print dialog should be in the Mozilla
language as it is now, and not in the OS language.
nsbeta1- for now.
check english excel, powerpoint on japanese system.

I can't reproduce this bug in Mozilla 1.1b. Marking 'worksframe'.

The Page Setup dialog still in English on a Japanese or Chinese window on 08-015
branch build.

Since our localized build change the UI language, I think that should be fine.

Mark this as verified.
