Steps to reproduce:

1. Load My Submissions page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions
2. Open an app with in-app payments and select "In-App Payments" action from left side of the screen. 
3. Click the "Configure In-App Keys" button.


Actual results:

The following fields are displayed:
a)"in-app payment guide" link, which explains how to configure your app for payments with the parameters below. "
b)Application Key
c)Application Secret (only after the Show Secret button is pressed the key is is displayed)
There is also a "Reset secret" button that resets the Application Key and Secret when pressed.
