What I missed in bug 1223746 is the copy of the http.log file from the log folder to the upload/log folder. This is not taking care of by mozharness' script.py module. 

At the same time the default report folder should not be located under the working dir but the mozharness base dir. See bug 1225084 for details in relation to clobber.

Bug 1210753 is incomplete for now so lets only fix the location of reports:

Steps to do:

* abs_work_dir/reports => base_work_dir/reports
* clobber action has to cleanup base_work_dir/reports
