like signing, beet mover is a high security risk. We should investigate looking into hosting our own workers for beet mover tasks. Similar to signingworker
this was done in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1252908

no it's not private.  I don't know that it needs an audit, it is a pretty generic image.
