Description:
Opening web browser go to web page and when switching to gallery app it flickers bottom images.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151118150131
2) Open browser
3) Select home button
4) Go to Gallery app
5) Observe that some images flicker in the gallery app.

Actual:
Images flicker in the gallery app when going from web browser to gallery app.

Expected:
Images should not flicker when switching from browser to gallery app.

This issue still occurs on Flame 2.6
Result: Images flicker in the gallery app when going from web browser to gallery app.
