Steps to reproduce:
Open bug in Buzgilla.
Click "Edit".
Actual results:
Edit view does not label "severity" dropdown.
Expected results:
Edit view should label "severity" dropdown.
the "priority" and "severity" fields have always been labelled together as "importance" (likely in an effort to reduce 'noise' on the page). it's something we should continue to do.
