Steps to reproduce:
Uploading a new (beta) of my add-on.
Actual results:
Clicking on "Add Version" after validation does nothing. Clicking on it again tells "file already exists". Aborting this shows the currently uploaded version number in the list, but without any files attached. Trying to attach files to that "version" does also not work.
