Chief is currently failing [0] because it can't run `npm install --production` which it needs to be able to generate the static files. I don't think it matters particularly which version we use. npm is now installed on the genericadm node. Let me know if this fixes your deployment issues.
Yeah, it seems to have fixed air-dev.allizom.org since it installed perfectly fine.
