Details
In order to move MasterFirefoxOS off of Verbatim and onto Pontoon, we must change how we extract database strings. Currently, the site writes all database strings to a txt file, which is scanned by the Django string extraction script and added to pofiles for each locale. Then, a separate script goes through each locale's pofile and removes strings for FirefoxOS versions that aren't supported in that locale. Our goal is to change the process such that each locale has multiple pofiles, one for each FirefoxOS version that they support, plus one for the non-database strings. Then, when the pofiles are compiled for use on the production site, we must combine the multiple pofiles into a single one for each locale due to how Django loads translations.

Removing blocker. Team is okay with project not being localizable until it's ready for localization in Pontoon.
