Details

First noticed with a build from source on the morning of Friday 20 Aug 99.  Macintosh AppRunner
launches with a normal menubar.  But bring down any menu from the menubar and notice that all
menus are now shifted left by one.  Try to bring the same menu down from the same location; it'll be
the one to the right.  The File Menu is just gone missing.

I don't see this bug in any of the current builds (just other crashing). Marking works for me
