Details

Create acceptance tests to run against careers staging and careers production. This is a step towards CD. 

Tests will run against the new Deis instances on ci.us-west.moz.works.

We have minimal acceptance tests that get the job done at https://github.com/mozmeao/lumbergh/blob/master/tests/acceptance_tests.sh
