Steps to reproduce:

I have completed 11 tasks and 1 task is in pending in Mozilla One and DONE.



Actual results:

1) There are no guarantees of when your name should appear on the leaderboard
2) The tool is not able to determine if you actually completed the work, but it can tell if you finish it too quickly. I have just confirmed in the admin that your tasks could not have been completed in the time you took. If you completed the task on your own, and then take a task & immediately complete it in under a minute it will not be counted.
3) The Top Contributors module is slated to be removed in the next month, fyi.
