The login page shows you the Mozillians sign in button, even though you're already logged in

Since the redirection from auth.t.n to login.t.n, I got confused on whether I was logged in or not.
As you can see on the screenshot, when you're connected the first part of the page is about getting logged and there's Mozillians sign-in button. Clicking on it and connecting with persona doesn't make it disappear.
So I wonder if we can get rid of this part, once somebody is connected with the SSO.
Side note: There's also this blank "Grant Credentials to", but I don't know if I got it because I cancelled a login triggered by the CLI tool.

Okay, that was a lot of nits :)
I went through it today, and found some issues with mozillians caching API responses.
And added error messages for mozillians lookup problems.
and message showing what you're logged in with.
And fixed the blank "Grant credentials to" issue.
Please reopen if there is anything I missed.
(hopefully I'll soon get a privileged mozillians key then people won't need to make their emails public)
