One is style related and the other is XHR related, so maybe Boris can review.

r=I-assume-try-is-ok-with-this.

In general, I think you can assume rs=me on simply enabling stuff like this with no changes to the tests.  Either they pass and life is good, or they fail and try or the sheriffs will catch it.
