Description: Unable to copy image from the notes app. After users paste an image to a new note or different app like messages they will see an image placeholder Repro Steps: 1) Update a Aries to 20151120133504 2) Open the Note app 3) Create a new note and add image from gallery 4) Long tap on the image 5) Tap on "copy image" button 6) Create a new note 7) Long tap to invoke "clipboard manager" 8) Tap on the "paste" button Actual: Image is not copied. This does occur on Flame 2.6 Image is not copied.
