Details

I have my newsgroup server set "to autoupdate count". When finished reading all
messages in a particular group, I notice that it is still indicating that there
are  several (sometimes a large number of) messages are unread. This goes away
(or decreases) when the group is reselected for reading.

Relatedly some newsgroups seems to indicate unread messages, when no unread
message is displayed in the message list pane.

I have seen this with multiple newsservers.
