Th collections list popup used to add an add-on to a collection gets incorrectly cached, it remembers the previous view including its configuration, independent of the addon.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an add-on details page, e.g. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/add-on-review-helper/
2. Add it to a collection (can also be a new one).
3. Open a different add-on details page, https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/counting-strings-addon/
4. Open the popup to add it to a collection.
Actual result:
Collection used in step 2 is checked. Clicking on the link on the right shows that only the add-on from step 2 is in that collection.
Expected result:
Nothing selected.
5. Create a new Firefox profile and load the addon page from step 1: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/add-on-review-helper/
6. Open the collection popup.
Actual result:
No checkmark next to collection used in step 2.
Expected result:
Checkmark next to collection.
