Description

>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 45, 32bit, ID 20151120030227
STR:
1. Open any video (in the web or local) by direct link. You can use this link
> sample_video:   http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/videos/big_buck_bunny.mp4
2. Doubleclick the video [to switch it to DOM fullscreen]
3. Press Alt+Home [to navigate to another url. You can also press Alt+Left/Right if it's available]
4. Press Alt+Left [to navigate back to video]

Result:
 Video controls disappear after Step 4. They don't reappear when I move mouse.
 Console repeatedly says: "TypeError: this.Utils is undefined"
 This happens more often, but steps above are the only reliable steps I found so far.

Expectations:
 Video controls should be displayed as usual

Workaround:
 Right-click the video, click "Hide Controls". Then right-click video, click "Show Controls"
