Details

As a web developer, I want to have tools to verify which requests are processed by service workers within the network panel in order to debug my website and investigate websites that are not under my control.
Yea, fixing network panel is definitely on our todo list.  Some related bugs:

  bug 1168875
  bug 1158264

I'm not sure if either of those covers what you want here, though.
We now show which requests are synthesized by a service worker interception.  More work to do, but that basic issue is addressed.
