In the past it was possible for non-Mozilla addreses to send mail to our office email aliases; this was useful for community members to help organize regional events, but it seems to have fallen off the side with the move to gmail. I believe, though I'm not certain, that this was inadvertent. Can we reinstate this access?
Hi Mike - no we can't change access. This has actually been around since 2013 - in the Zimbra days. https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SD/Limits+on+Large+Distribution+Lists I recommend working with a Mozilla employee in the area to get something organized.
