Composer icon in the task bar for the Addressbook doesn't work

Using 2002013003 commercial trunk build on NT 4.0
& 2002013012 commerical trunk build on linux 2.2

If you bring up the address book and then try to click the
composer icon in the taskbar, located in lower left
hand corner of the addressbook, composer does not start up.

The composer icon works in messenger and in the browser.

WFM with a Linux trunk build from yesterday.
When I bring up the address book and then click the composer icon in component
bar, Composer starts up as expected.

WORSKFORME Mozilla 1.8a5 build 2004103106 under XP Pro SP2. I checked also
Ctrl+4 and Alt, W, C and everything worked accordingly. Resolving as such.
