When a curator adds a legal text to be accepted in a group (when a group did not have one), all group members should get an email like this: Subject: Group <name> has a legal document you need to review Body: Hello, You are receiving this email because you are a member of <name> group in Mozillians.org. The curator of the group added a legal document to review and accept if you want to continue to be a member of this group. Please visit <link_to_group> to review this document. Thanks.

There is a good chance that the document won't be a legal one (eg an informative text that the curator would like members to approve before joining the group). Should we amend the email to text to consider for this possibility?

Does this also mean that when a group curator adds terms to a group without terms, the members should be invalidated?
What is the status of this functionality?

This is an RFE specific to mozillians, which is decom'ed.
If this is found to pertain to people.mozilla.org then please open a new issue.
