Bug 1208086 hid the whatsdeployed link, since it became much less useful when we switched to the stage/production branch deploy model, since the grunt builds meant it was unable to display the common commits.
Now that we don't have to grunt build, that issue should occur less, plus we should try and improve the handling in whatsdeployed itself too.

Bug 1227495 - Add the WhatsDeployed link back to the help menu
It has since moved from the Stackato Paas (which was EOL). I've omitted
the Heroku revision since WhatsDeployed doesn't handle divergent
branches well.
