I clicked "Install fig" link from contributing docs [1] and saw "Fig has been replaced by Docker Compose, and is now deprecated. The new documentation is on the Docker website."

I intend to poke at this myself as a way to learn docker and the code-base. But will a PR for this even be accepted? Is fig tooling only used for dev environment setup, or is it also used in deployments?

This turned into a rabbit-hole of debugging SSL errors in docker-machine and/or boot2docker on OSX. So I won't poke at it anymore.
