Hrm. It looks like a random zip or scp error. I don't know of any checkins that
would have triggered that problem. Looking in /latest-trunk/, I see a full
sized embed-win32.zip dated 'Jan 31 07:43' but I don't see which nightly build
that would have come from. The time suggests that it may have come from the 6am
build but the sizes are mismatched. Have the 8am respins completed yet?

I saw the disk space on stage.mozilla.org early this morning was at 99% with
less than 400 M free. It's possible the filesystem filled up and that the embed
tarball was delivered to latest-trunk but that it ran out of disk space copying
to the dated dir. I asked leaf to free up some disk space on stage.mozilla.org,
and hopefully we can just copy the embed file from latest-trunk to the date dir.
Tracy - I'd test the file from latest-trunk and see if that works for you.
