1227983 - User is half logged in - half logged out in Consumer Pages when coming back from Content Tools

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to MP-dev page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Go to footer and click "Develop Firefox OS Add-ons" link
3. Click the "Login" button and sign in with valid credentials
4. Logout from Content Tools
5. Click the MP-logo from Content Tools page header

Expected results:
The MP-homepage is loaded. There are no display or layout issues.  

Actual results: 
User appears to be signed out when looking at the header (Sing in/Register buttons are displayed) and signed in when looking at the footer (i.e. My Submission link is displayed - if clicked the Manage My Submission page is loaded)

Notes/Issues:
If user signs out from Developer Hub (or Reviewer Tools, Lookup Tools) and returns to MP homepage, he is completely signed out.
The "Register" and "Sign in" buttons are also working.
Verified on FF45(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-dev, stage and production.
