Steps to reproduce:

while on exploratory testing.started with clicking on test case went on opening test tag attachment.clicking on test tag to open the pop up icon shows loading 


Actual results:

After clicking on attachment to open the pop up opens as loading test tag.but actually it's unable to open the test tag attachment a bug is causing the page not load the test tag attachment


Expected results:

The option on loading the test tag should open and show the results

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
