Landing of bug #75077 has caused a regression in the appearance of downscaled interlaced PNGs. The final (complete) pass is not displayed, resulting in a slightly lower resolution. There's a simple one-line fix which I'll attach. Image at http://www.simplesystems.org/users/glennrp/grammie/grammie_downscaled.html Compare the appearance of the frames of Grammie's glasses in the left image (downscaled) and the right image (not downscaled). Use <ctrl-shift-plus> and <ctrl-shift-minus> to scale the whole page up and down, and notice the appearance of the glasses in both images.

I can't reproduce the problem any more and was unable to create a reftest.
