[1.Description]:
[L10n][FlameKK v2.2&v2.5&master][Homescreen]Songhay:Some names of APP such as "Settings", "Marketplace", "Bugzilla Lite"  are displayed with truncation in Homescreen.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set your phone language as Songhay.
2. Launch Setting -> Home Screens -> Icon layout, select Three Columns.
3. Tap Home button and observe Homescreen.
4. Launch Setting -> Home Screens -> Icon layout, select Four Columns.
5. Tap Home button and observe Homescreen.


[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 3 & 5, all names of APP should be displayed without truncation.

[4.Actual Result]: 
In step 3, the text "Settings"is displayed with truncation.
In step 5, the text "Settings", "Marketplace", "Bugzilla Lite" are displayed with truncation.

1. On Flame 2.2, when Icon layout is set as Three Columns, all names of APP displayed normally in Homescreen. When Icon layout is set as Four Columns, the text "Settings"is displayed with truncation.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
