User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20151029151421 Steps to reproduce: Click the download button or history button/menu word Actual results: The page opens up but it is missing the red, yellow, green buttons. The menu bar goes away for both the Firefox main page and the history or download page. There is no way to close the page once opened except to "Force Quit" firefox. Expected results: The menu bar and dots up to the left should be there. Mac os x 10.11.1
