1. Go to http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3dzfix_le-billet-de-charline-a-la-sante-des-enfants-du-rock_fun
2. scroll the page

=> see that the video is blinking while the scroll is happening.

I saw this happening on other websites too, mostly for videos. It does not seem to happen for all flash embed though.

I'm on Linux with latest available Flash version.
I see this at least on Firefox 44 and 45. But not on 42.

It disappears when I disable e10s on Nightly. (but without e10s we see graphic glitches when the video goes below the address bar -- different bug likely)
I don't see the flash video blinking, but scrolling is jumpy on Mac.
