[1.Description]:
[FlameKK v2.5&master][Settings]Two months are overlapped in date selector view in Persian language.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language as Persian.
2.Launch Settings and select "Date&Time".
3.Tap value selector button of Date.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.Each moth should be displayed normally.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.Two months are overlapped in date selector view.

1.Because of this issue, two months are displayed at the same time in the date of all apps.
2.This issue only exists in Persian language.
3.There is no Persian language on v2.2 build

Lancy: not sure why this bug has been opened here if it affects only Persian? Moving to mozilla localizations, please confirm if I've missed something here. thanks
