User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:45.0) Gecko/45.0 Firefox/45.0 If we hold homescreen for long time (say 3 seconds) then we can show option to change wallpapers. Instead of going to setting and choosing homescreen JD then wallpaper we can give this option. User will deal it easier.

Bug 1212345 removed that option as recommended by UX, so this bug should likely be WFM.
Indeed, this was purposefully removed after UX recommendation.
