Description:
While in call, there is no voice in receive mode.
But speaker mode is fine.
Pre-requisite: Insert a valid SIM.
Repro Steps:
1) make a call
Actual:
There is no voice in receive mode.
Expected:
The user is able to hear voice in receive mode.
Repro Rates: 100%
See attached: logcat (timestamp is around 11-30 15:22)
