Details
As part of working on bug 1196764, I noticed there are a few issues with the current way that the average durations are calculated (in addition to the ones that were fixed previously in bug 1096605): * we include all completed jobs in the average, not just successful ones * we end the time window at the time of the last job that finished on that repo, so keep on calculating the same durations again and again for inactive repos We should also probably check that the current time window (over which averages are calculated) and frequency of the task are optimal.
