1229000 - Missing separator borders in the timeline toolbar

In the animation-inspector, there's a toolbar above the timeline.
It lacks a couple of separators:
- between the playback rate and the current-time
- after the current-time

windows 8.1, 64-bit.

Verified as fixed with Latest Firefox Aurora 45.0a2 (Build ID: 20151230004007)
