As the bug title says. It looks like the username/password fields are floating <input/> elements unconnected to a <form>, with JS event handlers on the <input/>s, if that matters.

If they're not using a <form> at all then this should be fixed by bug 1166947. On the URL you specified I now see a <form> parent so this will have to wait for bug 1287202.

This seems to be working for me now with the latest code (possibly thanks to bug 1287202). Please re-open if it still doesn't work for you.
