linux32 debug is extremely slow and tests are timing out too much. bug 1200798 made them time out more, so we disabled them. In Q1 of 2016 I'm going to be working on converting mochitests to xpcshell tests and generally radical improvements to the debugger. I'm not worried about disabling them for a while, but let's make sure to re-enable them when we can.
We ended up disabling all linux32 debug tests on account of slowness.
