Description:
If the user is in Desktop mode while viewing a YouTube video entering full screen will cause the SHB to clip into the scrub bar.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151201122021
2) Select Browser
3) Select the ... and select Desktop
4) Open any video from www.youtube.com
5) Enter Fullscreen

Actual:
SHB is clipping into scrubber.

Expected:
It is expected that he SHB will be aligned below (or near) the Scrubber without clipping.

This issue appears to Aries device specific. Aries Master, 2.5 and RC4 are all affected.
Result: SHB is clipping into scrub wheel. 

Note: Flame does NOT appear to affected (regarding the scrub wheel) however some other icons are clipping into the SHB. I will be bugging this separately.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.5 regarding placement of the SHB. However because the SHB is still clipping into the Sound Level Icon I have written a separate issue in Bug 1229580.

I'm not sure this issue needs to block since it is using the desktop version of youtube instead of the mobile version.  Can I get your opinion Alison?

This is not a common case that using phone to open desktop website, thus, I don't think this is a blocker.
Add developers in CC list to aware this issue.

I would say this bug is invalid. We are not optimizing for desktop targeted content. This is not the default behavior and the user chose to switch to the desktop version. Is there any reason why a user would switch to the desktop version on a regular basis?

Whats the UX standpoint here?

tl;dr SHB shouldn't be shown in full screen mode in youtube. Please see other related bug 1178463.
