From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8+)
Gecko/20020127
BuildID: 2002012708

from www.eclipse-computers.com select products from top left then "memory and
CPU offers"
Just after entering I start to scrol down and 2/3 of the top of the browser gets
replaced by the page content then it all slows down and the browser must be
closed and restarted to get it back.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.from www.eclipse-computers.com select "products" from top left
2.then select "memory and CPU offers" on the right (center)
3.Scrol the page down
4.The Java plugin is installed (this may have something to do with it)

Actual Results: Page content is written over the chrome in 2/3 of the top of
the browser and the browser becomes unstable.

Plugins instaled in order from about:plugins:
NPOJI600.dll
npnul32.dll
np32dsw.dll
NPSWF32.dll

also happens in 0.9.7 from download page.
WFM 2002013103/WinNT4 (Java Plug-in 1.4.0)

Reporter could you install the latest nightly build and try it again?
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
Installed latest(2002013103) and still have the problem.
I have established it is caused when scroling the page.
Reporter: Do you still have the problem with a recent nightly, available at:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/

If it still occurs, then please provide the following information:
 - Java version from about:plugins

Does it occur if you disable Java in Edit->Preferences->Advanced?

Thanks
Problem still occours.
Java details as follows: Java Plug-in 1.3.1 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)
Does not seem to occour when plugin is not installed

Will attach screen shot of problem

No UI corruption for me on Linux but applets do not work there.

I think this is an issue with plugins and not just JAVA. I think I've see it
with flash too. Over to plugins.

Reporter: can you please uninstall your java app and install the upgraded
version -- Java Plug-in 1.4.0_01 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)

and try this again, I know we were having perf problems with the 1.3 version
using branch bits from 20020702 and Java Plug-in 1.4.0_01 for Netscape Navigator
(DLL Helper), this site works fine

reporter: I believe if you upgrade your java app, this site iwll work fine for you.
