Description:
If the user is in Desktop mode while viewing a YouTube video entering full screen will cause the Volume Icon to clip into the SHB.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20151130173516
2) Select Browser and Navigate to www.youtube.com
3) Select the ... and select Desktop
4) Open any video from www.youtube.com
5) Enter Fullscreen

Actual:
Volume Icon is clipping into the SHB

Expected:
It is expected that the volume Icon will be aligned below (or near) the SHB without clipping.

This issue is slightly different on the placement of the SHB for Aries and Flame Master. Please see Bug 1229509 and duplicate if appropriate. 

I am also seeing a slightly different placement of the SHB for 2.2 so I included an additional screenshot. The volume level appears to be clipping with the SHB

Not duplicating since it the icon covers different areas, but also not thinking this needs to block.  

Alison can I get your opinion here as well?  As this only effects 2.5 and only occurs with the desktop site, not sure this needs to block.
