1229668 - Cannot cycle through all color names in the rules-view autocomplete

STR:
- open the inspector on this page
- in the rule-view click to create a new property
- type 'color'
- press TAB
=> the focus moves to the value field and the autocomplete popup appears with, apparently, the list of named colors
- press DOWN multiple times to go through the color list

Expected: I can press DOWN many times to go through *all* named colors
Actual: once I reach the end of the visible portion of the list, the selection goes back to the top. So, in effect, I end up only cycling through these values only:

aliceblue, antiquewhite, aqua, aquamarine, azure, beige, bisque, black, blanchedalmond, blue
