We need to repartition the tests and devices to handle the load as well as enable the mochitest dom media test.

This adds Mdm to the Nexus S on Mozilla Central, and removes blank and twitter local from several Nexus S devices in order to reduce the daily run time to less than a day. I can't add the Mdm test to the Nexus 4 or 5 devices since it currently takes over an hour to fail. I'll file follow up bugs on gettng that fixed. In the mean time, Mdm is available on Nexus 4 and 5 via try.
