Actual Results:
The video player on tv.digikala.com does not play videos in Firefox. The error text seen is ":Error loading player / No playable sources found". This happens with the current Firefox 42 Release version as well. Internet Explorer plays the videos without error.

Expected Results:
Firefox should play videos that other browsers can play.

Steps to Recreate:
1 Using Firefox, go to tv.digikala.com
2 Click one of the videos on the right side of the page
3 Verify that the video does not load and the player throws an error

NOTE: This occurs on Firefox 42 Release. The videos will play in Internet Explorer and Chrome

Do you have Flash installed? It would appear that this website requires Flash to play video when I tested it locally.
Component: Graphics → Audio/Video
You're correct this was a Flash issue. Shame it doesn't prompt you. Confirmed on FX44.0a2 and release 42. Installing flash let the video play normally.
Thanks for confirming. Marking this as INVALID since this isn't a bug in our code.
