STR:
1) Open the browser from a cold start.
2) Click a Top Sites tile.
Cancel briefly appears over the tab counter in the top right. This only happens the first time; if I go back and click a tile again, it's not reproducible until I restart the browser. Likely caused by some initial hidden state or constraints not being set properly.
