[Aries KK v2.5&master][Flame KK v2.5&master][Video/Audio:Recording]On the test website, when I select mute media stream & start recording to record about 10 seconds, tap the Play button under "Blob Data Available" , you will find the length of recording time is incorrect, it is 33 seconds.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. When I go to http://mozqa.com/qa-testcase-data/webapi/mediarecorder/index.html, select microphone, and select setup 
2. Grant permissions 
3. Select mute media stream & start recording 
4. After 10 seconds of generating sound, select stop recording 
5. Tap the Play button under "Blob Data Available"

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The record time should be displayed as 10 seconds.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The record time is displayed as 33 seconds.
