I'm making an assumption here - that you won't be able to define extra menu
items in XUL that appear by a right click on the title bar. I believe the Win
API allows this.

This is a request, that when everything is hooked up, there be a hardcoded
option on title-bar menu to change skin. The reason for this is it prevent you
from being locked into a skin by a skin that doesn't allow you to change to
another skin.

nav triage team:

It would be better to add something cross platform to do this. Not going to get
to this for beta1, marking nsbeta1-

This would be impossible to implement on (almost all) platforms other than
Windows. That wouldn't be important in itself (supporting platform-specific
details is a good thing); but this is intended as a security measure, and it's
not reasonable for a security measure to be available only on one platform.

Wontfix. Paul Chen is right; a cross-platform solution (like allowing theme
selection from the Profile Manager, and making the Profile Manager itself
ignore themes other than Classic) would be far better.
