Details

When I am trying to scroll down using wheel on my mouse I can't do it if carret
in any multiline text window, such as the window I'm typing in right now. To
scroll down I have to click on any space of document not in text window, and
when scroll down using wheel. I think it will be very usefull if wheel will
scroll the whole document or the part of it I'm over (then I'm over list box it
scrolls list box, when I'm over document it scrolls document).
