Hi Joni, we're now completing the implementation of a new user journey in Hello (on Nightly now). Here is an overview of the UX implemented (can be tried out on Nightly too): http://people.mozilla.org/~sfranks/Hello/Hello%20Link%20Generator%20-%20Prioritized.png Could you please help us with the following: - Provide a link that we can point to (placeholder link we can implement now in product - most urgent query) - Help create the SUMO page for this new user journey (will apply to Firefox 45 and above users - less urgent) Thanks!
Hi Romain, sure thing, here's the placeholder link you can use now: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/cobrowsing We plan to have the content live when 45 is on beta. Let me know if we need to have it sooner though.
Thanks Joni, FF45 beta timeline sounds good

Comment on attachment 8705125 [details] [diff] [review] Patch v1: point to an updated Hello support page for the new user journey Looks good, but please can you land this in the github repo - we should be doing all our work there now. We'll hopefully be merging the work back across next week, then we'll look at doing some sort of merge for aurora users.
